Who Can Write a Review
Any registered user may submit a review. To keep reviews authentic, we encourage you to have an active trading account with the broker you are reviewing. Reviews from users who have never used the broker may be marked as unverified or rejected during moderation.
What to Include
A high-quality review typically covers: your overall rating and why; your trading experience with the broker (duration and products traded); the quality of customer support you received; deposit and withdrawal process; spreads, commissions, and other fees; and the trading platform experience (MetaTrader, cTrader, web, mobile).
Writing Style
Write in a clear, respectful tone. Keep your review between 150 and 2000 characters — long enough to be useful, short enough to be read. Use proper paragraphs instead of one big block of text. Avoid ALL CAPS, excessive punctuation, or emojis. Review titles should summarize your experience in one line.
Language & Region
You may write in Arabic or English. Mixed-language reviews are welcome, but please make sure your main content is readable in one language. Regional slang is fine, but avoid content that only a small group can understand.
Moderation Process
Every review goes through moderation before publication. Our team checks for: authenticity (does this look like a real experience?), spam and promotional content, personal information, hate speech and profanity, and legal concerns (defamation, false claims). Moderation usually takes 24–48 hours. Reviews are marked as pending, approved, or rejected.
Editing and Deleting
You can edit or delete your own review at any time from your dashboard. Edited reviews show an "edited" tag with the update date. If your review is rejected, you will see the reason and can submit a corrected version.
Reporting Violations
If you see a review that violates these guidelines, click the "Report" button on that review and provide a brief explanation. Reports are confidential. Abusing the report button (for example, to attack a broker you dislike) may result in your own account being restricted.
Consequences of Violations
Depending on the severity and frequency, violations may lead to: removal of the offending review; a warning; temporary suspension of your account; or permanent ban. Serious cases (spam, defamation, fraud) may also be reported to the relevant authorities.
Broker Responses
Brokers may respond to reviews through an official representative account. Broker responses must also follow these guidelines. If a broker contacts you directly and pressures you to change or remove your review, please report it to us immediately at abuse@tadawulradar.com.
